NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: August 22, 2007, 9:00 a.m. Forms received before the 22nd will be processed in random order on the 22nd.

BASE TUITION for 45-60 minute classes except Pointe: (Base tuition reflects an escalating discount for multiple classes per week.)

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: $20 for the first child, regardless of discount, and $10 for each additional sibling.

FAMILY DISCOUT: When 2 or more children from the same family register at the same time, tehre is a 10% discount applied to the entire tuition, less registration fees. Students using the tuition cap do not receive a family discount.

PAYMENT PLAN: Credit card number or postdated checks are required at time of registration. Fee for payment plan is $15 for Session 2. Checks should be postdated for, or credit card will be automatically deducted on , the following days:

There is a $20 charge for returned checks. DANCE CENTER EVANSTON HAS A NO REFUND POLICY.
